So I got home from work tonight and seriously pressured my DH into dtd, big mistake! He was sore and sooo not in the mood but I coerced him anyway, and lets just say there was no 'big finish'.
So I guess I am out for this month. The only time that we dtd in the fertile window was three days before O. I know it could still concievably be possible but it is much much less likely now. It really sucks because earlier on in the week I thought I had BD'd on all of my important days and my rating was "high" for the first time on ff. Now I only have one stupid dot on there and it says "low" for the first time. What a bummer. Well I only have myself to blame I was so anxious to start that I miss judged my OPK's. Oh well, there's always next month, again.

i know you said you did 8 days before. my question is....do you feel like you could just go by what your body is telling you? might be worth a try and could be less confusing than the opk's. do you check you CP? the CP has been the best way for me know when i ovulate. good luck!!

Let's hope what happened to me in the past happens to you. I got pregnant having sex 3 days before O and no big finish (we were TTA) and I ended up pregnant with some pre cum. Never know and don't lose hope! A lot of us are on the journey with you :-)

I got a little bit more hope from reading up on the shettles meathod that says if you want to conceive a girl that you should stop BDing three days before O. I mean I'm not going to hold my breath but I'm not going to automatically count myself completly out either.
